I was extremely impressed with my entire experience from waiting area to checkout. I was greeted very professionally they addressed me by name sitting in waiting area was so clean and the decor was so nice! I then was brought to the room by one of the most amazing assistant ever very lively professional and personable she treated me as if I was one of her family members and now a day you hardly see that! Then the dentist came in and she too was very professional and to the point. The only thing I would say is that I took a day off of work thinking that they were going to do something to my teeth that day considering that I was in a lot of pain instead i had to make another app for a month away I was given medication but that did nothing for the pain at all. I do understand that's because the procedure a lot of the time needs to be approved by my insurance so I didn't blame the office I just was expressing my frustration! Overall an excellent experience!! Definitely recommend my family member and friend already!
Highly recommend, the energy level from the entire staff from the moment we walked in being helped from the staff at the front desk, than having our teeth cleaned with the hygienist, and finally meeting our dentist. Exceptional service full circle and super kid friendly. Extremely satisfied. Everything else in my day felt like it went sideways but ended gracefully. Thank you, Riverdale family dental.

Formerly a NJ native, now living out of state w/1.5 hour drive to their office, I have been a patient of Riverdale Family Dental, PA since Dr. Hwang was introduced to me by Dr. Brian many years ago.
Dr. Hwang and my usual hygienist, Pilar, as well as the entire staff are nothing less than awesome…always pleasant, always professional and quite accommodating.
Wow…what an amazing experience. My baby's first dentist visit ever and right off the bat, the waiting room guests were so nice because they too must have had positive experiences so they were at ease. Followed by wonderfully welcoming staff. The office girls I can't say enough about! They made her feel so special and went above and beyond!!!! Gave her a toy and even let me re-pick from toy machine because she didn't look the first time!!! The hygienist…amazing!!!! The dentist…amazing!!!! They happen to both be female and had that special soft touch and went the extra mile for the baby to be comfortable. Didn't rush her and didn't keep us waiting either. Just amazing. Can't say enough about them!!!! Well done to them for being literally perfect all the way around and creating such an amazing story experience for my family!!!!
